What you'll do
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Accounts Manager to join our ISO certified language services company. As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our business within key strategic accounts.
Specific Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within strategic accounts.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals to provide tailored language service solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as project management and operations, to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new business and expand existing accounts.
- Effectively manage and prioritize a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring consistent communication and timely follow-ups.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, account activities, and market intelligence to the management team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records in CRM systems.
