We currently seek an Industrial Paint Technician. This is a second shift opportunity.
This role’s general statement of duties and responsibilities includes:
· Touch up paint on painted products
· Hanging and moving parts for upcoming jobs
· Inspecting Unpainted Products
o Cleaning Substrate
o Removal of all Debris/ Blast media
o Removal of any oils on the Substrate
· Inspecting Painted Product
o Stripe Coating
o Runs
o Paint Thickness (Mils)
o Light Spots
· Cleaning of paint area in and around the paint booth
· Changing Paint Booth Filters
· Cleaning up the Paint Mixing Area
· Scraping Glass Around Lights
· MIL gauge readding and recording
· Spraying applications in both air-assisted airless and HVLP pressure pots
· Correct Mixing of paint
