Job Description
The Inventory Control Analyst's primary focus will be analyzing and resolving inventory discrepancies. They will work cross functionally with Integrated Planning, Production, Order Fufillment, Quality and other teams to support the inventory controls and accuracies across the HQ facility. In addition to research and coordination, they will be responsible for processing transactions once they have verified they meet controls and have received proper approval. They will also be part of strategies and efforts to implement enhaced and improved controls. They may be required to travel off site to audit Field Inventory but will not exceed 10% of their time.
Essential Tasks And Duties Include

Essential Tasks And Duties Include
- Research of Inventory Discrepancies
- Obtaining approval and proper classification of all Inventory adjustments
- Processing approved inventory Adjustments in the ERP
- Maintaining records of approvals and adjustments
- Auditing Cycle Count results
- Providing reporting on Inventory Control KPIs and Deviations
- Implementing identified best practices.
- Thorough and detailed research and documentation of Inventory Deviations
- Tracking of frequency and type of Inventory Adjustments
- Efficient processiong of approved transactions
- Improved communication and expedited resolutions across cross-functional team
- World-class customer experience including inventory reliability and visibility
- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations-Inventory Control (Medical Device preferred) or Accounting
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience with Microsoft office applications- highly preferred
- Experience with QAD preferred
- Experience with Smartsheets preferred
- Warehouse Experience a plus
- Associate Degree in supply chain, accounting or related field
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
