Responsibilities:
- Install and deliver appliances according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Ensure safe handling and transportation of appliances from warehouse to customer locations.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during delivery and installation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic installation issues onsite.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in appliance delivery and installation preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality and professionalism.
- Valid driver's license for drivers; clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate delivery demands.
Compensation:
- Drivers: Daily rate ranging from $220 to $300, based on experience and qualifications.
- Helpers: Daily rate ranging from $180 to $220, based on experience and qualifications.
Training: We provide comprehensive training to ensure all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in the role.
