TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is looking to hire a Parts Sales Person for our Aberdeen branch. The ideal candidate should have truck or equipment parts sales experience.
The Parts Sales Person will be responsible for:
- Providing a high quality level of service to both the outside customers and the internal departments
- Overseeing the daily activities of the parts counter and the parts department employees
- Lookup parts price and purchase parts
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Fill workorder parts for technicians
- Monitoring and adjusting inventory to minimize obsolescence
- Submitting returns, discrepancies and core returns on a timely basis
- Directs shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintaining professional appearance
Qualifications:
- Must be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
- Minimum two years experience as a parts counterperson and/or equivalent experience in a service related industry
- Excellent Communication skills both oral and written
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
- Must be able to manage customer expectations
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with all Microsoft Office products and software. Efficient in use of Microsoft Outlook
- Must have insurable driving record and be able to pass a drug screen and background check
$45,000 - $70,000 per year
