About the Role :
We are seeking a Plant Engineer with a strong background in Plant Production Equipment Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, and Construction within a manufacturing environment . In this role, youll be a vital leader driving operational efficiency, project success, and team development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Collaboration : Partner with the Corporate Director of Facilities to plan maintenance strategies, new construction, and project execution.
- Vendor Management : Act as the primary liaison with external subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Process & Project Leadership : Oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), plant modifications, and new construction projects.
- Team Leadership : Manage and inspire a skilled maintenance team of 50 personnel, focusing on talent development and safety.
- Operational Excellence : Develop and manage budgets, while maintaining strict adherence to safe-working procedures.
