Position : Senior Logistics Pricing Analyst

Location : Charlotte, NC

Employment Type : Full-time, in-office

Compensation : Base salary range of $75,000 to $95,000, based on experience

Start Date : Immediate

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct in-depth data analyses and market research to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities, trends, and threats in the LTL market.

Manage day-to-day LTL pricing operations, including carrier contract negotiations, bid cycle management, and customer onboarding.

Maintain and update LTL Pricing Agreements and Contracts in the CRM system.

Build, update, and maintain pricing contracts and tariffs, resolving rating issues and disputes as needed.

Support the setup of new transportation partners, advising on pricing aspects of carrier integrations.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies, aligning them with company financial goals and recommending improvements when necessary.

Create, analyze, and produce audits, statistical analyses, pricing reports, and business intelligence reports.

Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate payments to LTL carriers.

Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience in an analytical role within the logistics industry.

A degree in economics, supply chain, mathematics, finance, or a related field (preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and the ability to learn and navigate industry-specific software.

Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
