The patient caseload is growing at Holbrook Sugar Hill, and we are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our TEAM. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a PT
• Optimize patients' functionality and skills
• Complete required documentation and attend necessary meetings
• Ensure compliance with infection control and environmental protocols
• Educate patients and families
• Perform other tasks as needed

Required Skills:

• Strong communication (written and verbal)
• Professionalism in all situations
• Good time management and caseload management

Required Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited PTA program
• State licensure or license eligibility
• Desire to work with the aging population

Desired Experience:

• Experience in senior living
• Wellness development experience
• Familiarity with therapy software/EMR
