Position Overview :
The Legal Business Development Executive will be pivotal in forging new business relationships and providing exceptional support to our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead regional business development activities aimed at generating new revenue.
- Identify potential clients through diverse strategies such as internet research, trade show lists, referrals, and professional directories.
- Engage with prospective clients through referrals, cold calling, and networking opportunities (including tradeshows and regional organizations).
- Create and implement a comprehensive sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Present TransPerfect's solutions through various formats including one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and online sessions.
- Innovatively enhance our new business development strategies in your assigned market and industry.
- Negotiate pricing and timelines with prospective and existing clients.
- Educate clients on the translation process, covering TransPerfect's rates, justification for turnaround times, and competitive insights.
- Develop effective regional and national account strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Build a strong understanding of TransPerfect's services and their unique advantages.
- Strengthen relationships with existing high-level customers.
