What You Will Be Doing :
Oversee challenging and fast paced regulatory or litigation antitrust matters for our clients. Design and implement a number of processes that support client, project, and business needs. A fundamental aspect of this role is the ability to drive efficiencies for the success of our clients and lead managed review project team.
- Direct projects successfully to meet client schedules, internal processes, and quality requirements
- Oversee Review Teams to ensure they are supported through training, access to technology, review, and clearly document processes
- Oversee Review Managers to support Quality Control processes and progress
- Lead case team communications externally and internally to coordinate across client, hosting, technology, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Work consistently to achieve ideal service goals
