- Your thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methods will aide the UX team as you work alongside and mentor team members.
- You will be supplying insights to them during all stages of the design cycle to better understand the users and user's problem space.
- Most importantly, your job as a leading the research is to work alongside the UX team to understand what would make a user's experiences more intuitive, accessible, fun-and even magical.
