The Key responsibilities include:
- Must be able to provide up to the minute support to drivers and customers.
- Communicate using dispatch software, radios and also phones.
- Handle up to minute changes and trip requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with drivers and customers in a professional, clear and concise manner.
- Look ahead at next day or afternoon set ups and make appropriate changes and schedules for drivers to maximize efficiencies.
- Handle in-bound phone calls in a fast-paced environment
- Work with attention to detail and great communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
Required Skills and qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and manage complex bus routes.
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with drivers, school staff, and parents.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and transportation management software.
- Must be knowledge of Monroe geography and school district boundaries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
