5.5 Days Out / 1.5 Days Off : Average 2000-2200 miles per week
7 Days Out / 2 Days Off : Average 2200-2600 miles per weekFlexible Routing : Operate primarily within an 800-mile radius of Joplin, MO, with optional longer runs to CA, GA, FL, OH, and PA for those who prefer weekend work.Drop & Hook : 50% of loadsNo-Touch Freight : 100% no-touch freight, with extra pay for voluntary tailgate / assist loadsPaid Practical Miles : Get paid for all miles driven, both empty and loadedPaid Orientation : $250, paid on the 1st Friday after the first dispatchTransition Pay : $250 for drivers who elect to stay out at least 7 daysFuel Bonus : Earn after every 18,000 milesQuarterly Production / Safety Bonus : Up to $0.01 CPM for drivers averaging 2000 miles / weekReferral Bonus : Earn up to $1000 for driver referralsHoliday Pay : $150 / day for six holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)Detention Pay : $12 / hour after 2 hoursVacation : $150 / Day5 Days after 1 year ($750)
