Position Purpose :
The Customer Account Specialist III is a subject matter expert on all processes, products, and services related to Fleet Leasing and Equipment Sales customers. This role is dedicated to delivering world-class customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for both internal and external stakeholders. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, the Customer Account Specialist III proactively seeks opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the Fleet Leasing Operations team. This position requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Position Responsibilities :
- Effectively manage daily tasks to maximize efficiency and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve departmental objectives and customer support cases.
- Work closely with Business Development Executives and Sales Executives to expedite deal closure and implementation by gathering necessary details / documentation and capturing these activities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Asset Management and BDEs / Sales Executives to coordinate and assign required equipment for closed deals.
- Guide and mentor Customer Account Specialists 1 and 2 team members, fostering professional growth, increasing productivity, and ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
- Build and analyze reports to proactively identify challenges and develop strategic solutions with team members to drive resolution.
- Maintain longstanding relationships with customers and encourage growth or repeat business through focused account management.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of TEL’s products and services, effectively communicating the TEL Advantage to customers and stakeholders.
- Develop, document, and execute standardized processes related to the Customer Account Specialist role to enhance operational efficiency.
- Regularly review and audit SweetProcess training guides to identify procedural gaps and recommend workflow improvements.
- Ensure all relevant customer data is current in Salesforce through regularly scheduled communications.
- Stay informed on current deal structures, serving as a resource for Division 10 and 90 Sales Teams as new deal structures are introduced.
