What you will be doing: Working closely with our team to manage our daily needs, including but not limited to:
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and deliver promptly
- Maintain seamless office operations
- Collaborate with team members for efficient office management
- Oversee clerical tasks like sorting and sending mail
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital files
- Assist with inventory management
- Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage invoices and payments
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online required
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with SmartSheets and Ordant (preferred but not required)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
