Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Completion of a high school education or equivalent
- Must hold a clean and valid driver’s license

Job Duties:
- Answers phones and routes to appropriate person and/or takes messages
- Prepare all paperwork for accidents and keep clear records of accidents
- Assist Operations Manager
- Keeps accurate monthly and quarterly fuel reports
- Receives and issues purchase orders
- Maintain files while upholding confidentiality
- Tracking of paperwork and compliance for mobile truck locations
- Assists with the parts department
- Gathers customer information about repairs needed
- Assigns and schedules service work
- Communicate with customers in person and over the phone for the service department
- Processes weekly and monthly invoices
- Prepares weekly payroll spreadsheets
