🔧 What You’ll Do
· Lead all parts warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and safety procedures
· Supervise, schedule, and support a 10-person warehouse team
· Maintain accurate inventory and streamline part organization for efficiency
· Collaborate with service and sales teams to fulfill internal and external customer needs
· Manage incoming requests from customers via phone and email with professionalism
· Analyze inventory turns, trends, and KPIs using Excel and Power BI
· Ensure compliance with company SOPs and OSHA safety standards
· Continuously identify and implement process improvements

✅ What You Bring
· 3 years in warehouse or parts department management (automotive, truck, heavy equipment, or HVAC preferred)
· Proven leadership and people management skills
· Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Power BI
· Familiarity with inventory systems (SAGE experience a plus)
· Forklift experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· A team-first mindset and clean driving record
