Technical Support Specialist
Monday - Friday - 1st Shift
De Pere, Wisconsin, United States
Transport Refrigeration, Inc. is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for our De Pere, WI location. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be a trusted face of our company, providing internal and external support to our top customers and ensuring their experience is nothing but top-class. Your organizational skills will provide a successful implementation and completion of multiple rotating projects assigned to you. As a strong communicator, we will look for you to be able to network with multiple teams to accomplish set goals to their completion. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel, have a strong background in diagnosing electrical and microprocessor control systems and have proficient computer skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- High-profile position that has a direct impact on our customer's success.
- Ability to interact with our key accounts, representing the company at the highest level (C-Suite).
- Support our customers with technical support and training.
- Skilled at maintaining multiple projects at one time.
- Analyze trends and proactively develop solutions promptly.
- To pull multiple teams to accomplish a goal through to the end.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- The ability to travel is a must, including by car and air.
Job Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check,
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license,
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is preferred.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in one-on-one and phone situations.
- Breakdown department skill set is a must.
- Strong background in diagnosing electrical and microprocessor control systems.
- Refrigeration knowledge is preferred.
- Experience as a technician or technical support specialist.
- Must be Microsoft Office proficient.
- A team player with a professional demeanor is essential.
