Transport Refrigeration Technicians needed in De Pere, WI
Thermo King Technician - Experienced or Entry Level
Monday - Friday schedule, 1st & 2nd Shift Needed

Transport Refrigeration, Inc., your local Thermo King dealer in De Pere, WI, seeks self-motivated, reliable Technicians to join our team. This is a great career opportunity for those with mechanical aptitude and experience in diesel, automotive, or commercial refrigeration. Previous experience with Thermo King or Carrier is a plus, but on-the-job and factory training is provided. Competitive pay and great benefits await qualified candidates!

- Monday - Friday schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM ( $2/hour shift premium)
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnosis, repair, and service of refrigeration units
- Install refrigeration units and APUs
- Repair and install cab A/C units and heaters
- Meet standard repair times
- Perform road service work
- On Call duties rotation once skill level and training requirements have been met
- Maintain a clean, organized shop
- Operate forklifts, hoists, and various equipment and tools safely
Job Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
- Thermo King Certi-Tech certification (to be completed within one year)
- EPA 608 & 609 certifications (to be completed within one year)
- Own a toolbox with standard and specialty tools (refrigeration gauges, leak detectors, multi-meters, etc.)
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a professional demeanor
