Transport Refrigeration of Northwest Arkansas, your local Thermo King dealer is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, hard-working, and experienced Thermo King Technician to join our shop in Lowell, AR! This is a great opportunity to build a long-lasting career for those looking for a change. The ideal candidate will have great mechanical aptitude and prior experience in diesel technology, automotive technology, and/or commercial refrigeration experience. Previous experience with Thermo King or Carrier is preferred but not required. On-the-job training is provided. Top pay for qualified candidates!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform new and used refrigeration unit installation repairs and service
- Perform cab air conditioning repairs and installation
- Perform APU installation, repairs, and service
- Perform heater repairs and installs
- Rebuild units
- Meet standard repair times for jobs performed
- Performs road service work at times
- Assembly of custom products or parts for customers or OEMs
- Service and repair of company vehicles
- Operates company and customer vehicles, forklifts, hoists, and various tools
- Maintains a clean shop
- On call duties
- Maintains confidentiality of all company and customer information
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check
- Completion of a high school education or equivalent
- Must hold a clean and valid driver’s license
- Become Certi-Tech certified within the first year; Maintain Certi-Tech level
- Pass EPA 608 & 609 Certifications
- Successful completion of a forklift certification course
- Must possess a toolbox and the required tools
- Ability to work overtime when busy
- Demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Considerate and respectful attitude toward both internal and external customers
- Willingness and ability to work with others and be a team player
- Mechanical background or tech school preferred but willing to provide training!
