Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated and hardworking Shop Helper to join our fleet service shop in Robert, LA. The ideal candidate will have previous truck driving or yard jockey/spotter experience.

- Work 4, 10 hour days & get 3 days off!
Job Responsibilities:
- Proficiently and safely drive and operate the yard truck and back up semi-trailers with the yard truck
- Perform interior and exterior trailer washes on trailers
- Clean up of shop, wash bay, and fuel island
- Fueling of equipment
- Meet standard repair times for jobs performed
- Operates company and customer vehicles, Yard Truck, Fork Lift, Shop Truck
- Maintains confidentiality of all company information.
- Follow established policies and procedures of both Transport Refrigeration Services and Customer
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid, unrestricted drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to climb in and out of trailers, wash inside and outside of trailers
- Attend fuel drops and follow safety protocols
