This position requires excellent communication skills to take care of our valued clients. We are "KNOWN FOR SERVICE." in the Industry.

- Must have Computer skills
- Need Good written and oral communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational and follow up skills as well as being detail oriented.
- Need to be able to switch gears smoothly and multi-task while still being able to work in an efficient and well-organized fashion.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a Plus

- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone system, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and calendar management, to support office operations.
- Utilize computer skills to maintain records and assist with administrative duties
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
