What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Bus Driver (2024-2025) - Transportation Department position at Transportation Department?
This position is for the 2024-2025 school year.
Operate a school bus over designated routes in accordance with time schedules, picking up and discharging students; provide safe and efficient transportation for district students to and from school, special events and field trips; perform daily inspections and operator maintenance of vehicle; assist in the loading and unloading of physically and mentally handicapped students as necessary.
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent and provide a copy to HR upon recommendation to hire.
- Must be willingness to obtain CDL License with School Bus and Passenger Endorsement.
This is an as-needed position.
