Position Description :
Purpose
The purpose of the Facilities Technician is that of any general maintenance, repair or construction needed on the facility. This is a broad role that could cover anything from changing air filters, lawn maintenance or test course maintenance and repair. We are looking for individuals that have experience with any or all of the following :
- Electrician - up to 480 v, PLC Controls
- Plumbers
- HVAC - PLC Controls
- Painters
- Overhead Door Repair
- Drywall & Framing
- IT Cabling & Fiber Optics
- Essential Functions
- Record and report activities accurately
- Monitor, maintain, or construct buildings, facilities, and equipment
- Coordinate with clients and contractors
