Position Description: The purpose of the Maintenance Technician is that of any general maintenance, repair or construction needed on the facility. This is a broad role that could cover anything from changing air filters, lawn maintenance or test course maintenance and repair. We are looking for individuals that have experience with any or all of the following:
Essential Functions*

Mowing
Asphalt Repair
Large Equipment Operation
Equipment Repairs
Snow Removal

Monitor, maintain, or construct buildings, facilities, and equipment

Follow safety procedures; wear protective equipment
Coordinate with and assist outside contractors
Coordinate and schedule activities with affected areas
Support TRC Inc.s Quality and EH&S (Environmental, Health, and Safety) efforts
Qualifications
High school diploma is required
Valid drivers license
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, construction, heavy equipment, machine tool operation, and fabrication
Basic knowledge of safe and proper tool and equipment use
Proficient in the use of equipment related to knowledge areas
Excellent communication skills
Working conditions
May be exposed to temperatures under 0 degrees and above 95 degrees
May be exposed to inclement weather
May be exposed to hazardous chemical, such as gas, oil, and paint
Physical requirements
Ability to move objects up to 50 pounds
Capable of positioning ones self into bending, stretching, climbing, or awkward positions
Ability to enter work times into a computer
