Job Description
ROLE of the POSITION
The Director of Educational Outcomes Assessment will design a comprehensive program of student assessments, design and develop a system for program evaluation that will support continuous curriculum improvement, and support faculty in the development of new student assessment strategies. The Director will collaborate with the educational deans, and faculty to assess learning outcomes, analyze data, and report results. This individual will promote a culture of evidence-based assessment across UNLV School of Medicine and provide faculty development on current assessment practices. The Director will guide the development of assessment strategies and program evaluation for curricular elements and core competencies for all degree programs at UNLV School of Medicine. As a faculty member, this individual will collaborate with UNLV School of Medicine faculty in scholarly publications on educational approaches, outcomes, and assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a Doctorate degree in measurement, statistics, evaluation or related field from a regionally accredited college or university and 5 years of experience.
