Job Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership : Lead the team in developing the company's core Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems, ensuring advanced technical solutions and industry-leading performance.
Model Development : Stay abreast of the latest deep learning algorithms and integrate them into speech recognition and synthesis. Organize and preprocess training data according to product requirements, build and train high-accuracy ASR and TTS models, and continuously enhance system performance.
Cross-Department Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to advance the application and deployment of speech technology across various products.
Industry Influence : Actively participate in industry conferences, seminars, and standardization efforts; publish technical papers and patents to bolster the company's reputation in the field of speech technology.
Qualifications :
Educational Background : Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
Work Experience : Minimum of 5 years’ experience in speech recognition and synthesis, with over 3 years in team management.
Technical Expertise : Proficient in ASR and TTS technologies, familiar with mainstream deep learning frameworks, and experienced in model training and optimization.
Project Experience : Demonstrated success in implementing speech technology projects and solving complex technical challenges for at least one Southeast Asian language, such as Thai, Indonesian, or Malay.
Industry Influence : Recognized in the speech technology field, with high-level publications or relevant patents preferred.
Language Skills : Fluent in English and Chinese.
Communication Skills : Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of effectively driving cross-department projects.
