THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Floating Hub Manager will serve as a stand-in manager, covering various locations in the absence of the acting manager. This role requires travel as needed to support multiple locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee the cash management process between the branch and the regional credit department; collaborate with the Regional Credit Manager to address local customer credit and collection issues.
- Maintain effective relationships with key customers in the local market and uphold overall service standards for the entire customer base.
- Lead a team of up to 10 employees, including warehouse staff and delivery drivers.
- Implement operational best practices at assigned branches.
- Supervise team members, providing orientation for departments and projects, as well as day-to-day guidance.
- Make recommendations regarding promotions and transfers for team members under your supervision.
- Encourage and facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for all team members.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
· 1-3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within a multi-location setting.
· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus but not required.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain relationships with key customers and team members.
· Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
· Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while setting priorities, managing diversity of job responsibilities with effective organizational skills, and working within deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience – Automotive aftermarket leadership experience a plus.
· Aftermarket Auto Part Sales experience a plus.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all departments within the company.
· Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
· Ability of training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
· Capable of implementing and overseeing operational best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.
