Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in entering and managing data within Procore construction management software and Salesforce.
- Perform data entry tasks related to project management and reporting.
- Support the team in utilizing Excel and Microsoft Office 365 for data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across software systems.
- Participate in the development and implementation of construction technology solutions.
- Provide assistance in data visualization and reporting using SQL, Azure, and Databricks (if applicable).
- Engage in training sessions to enhance your understanding of construction technology tools and practices.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in construction management software, particularly Procore and Salesforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic experience with SQL, Azure, and Databricks is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
