Job Title : Body Shop Estimator
Job Reports To : Body Shop Manager
Exempt or Non-Exempt : Exempt
Full-Time or Part-Time : Full Time
Job Summary :
Position will be required to complete repair estimates on damaged vehicles. Additionally, seek and develop new business and expand customer base with assigned area.
Essential Job Functions :
- Complete estimates and settle payments with owners and insurance companies
- Develop customer base in assigned area and grow dealership revenue
- Sell and promote all dealership services to potential customers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact in a professional manner with customers and business owners
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- 2 years minimum heavy truck experience
- Background in body shop repairs, truck painting, and paint systems
- Diagnostics computers
- Telephone
- Office Suite
- CDK DMS system
