As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for routing calls to the correct departments, daily reconciliation of cash and credit cards, preparation of bank deposits, reconciling cashier drawers, scanning documents into CDK software, filing vendor invoices, posting A/P invoices daily, and reconciling vendor statements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computers, excellent phone skills, and CDK software experience is beneficial.
