Transteck, Inc. is seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant to support our Freightliner dealership in Pennsylvania. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for various financial tasks, including reconciliations, document scanning, and vendor invoice processing.
About the Role:
This part-time position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a reliable work ethic. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computers, and CDK software experience is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile cash and credit card transactions daily
* Prepare bank deposits and reconcile cashier drawers
* Scan documents into CDK software
* File vendor invoices and post A/P invoices daily
* Reconcile vendor statements
