Graphic Designer/Manager

Join our growing team, we are looking for a Graphic Designer/Graphics Manager with experience! You will need to know how to design illustrations, logos, photos, and layouts to meet our customers' needs. We expect you to enjoy working methodically as part of a team and are a strong communicator! Additionally, you will be using a brand new "state of the art" Roland VG3-540 large format printer/cutter and a RS Laminator to complete the process. You will be expected to manage your projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Ability to print, laminate, cut, and apply graphic decals
• Identify what the customer's wants and needs are
• Able to provide proofs of design concept and send for customer approvals
• Coordinate with your install team and customers to meet deadlines
• Develop inspiring, creative and engaging designs
• Manage and grow the graphics department
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience printing, laminating, cutting, and installing vinyl decals
• Experience and knowledgeable with FLEXI, ILLISTRATOR & VERSAWORKS software
• Self-Starter
• Digital printer experience with a graphic design portfolio is a plus
