Job Summary:
The Parts Outside Salesperson role at Transteck's Freightliner of Altoona dealership requires exceptional sales and customer service skills.
- Meet sales and gross profit margin goals
- Regularly call on customers (weekly/biweekly)
- Prospect for new customers
- Resolve customer issues and maintain excellent customer service levels
- Provide estimates as needed
- Sell the entire dealership (service, truck sales, body shop, etc.)
- Travel with vendor representatives
- Order parts according to department procedures
- Participate in ongoing OEM parts training
- Upsell
- Perform other duties as assigned
