What You'll Do:
Mentor and guide a team of 10-25 technicians, advancing their skills and ensuring they achieve performance goals. Facilitate onboarding, conduct weekly meetings, and design long-term development plans for skill enhancement. Utilize modern communication tools to ensure seamless operations and policy adherence. Conduct client interactions, resolve service inquiries, and manage financial metrics to secure account profitability.Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership ability and excellent organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; supervisory experience essential.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
