What You’ll Do
As a Senior Program Manager, you will take ownership of a key corporate commute program. You’ll work collaboratively to optimize transportation services, ensure program success, and foster strong client relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical expertise with strategic oversight, ensuring a seamless and efficient commuting experience for thousands of riders.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Partnership : Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring a strong, trusted partnership and alignment on program goals.
- Program Oversight : Lead the development, execution, and optimization of corporate commute solutions, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making : Analyze ridership, parking, GIS, and other program data to inform operational changes and drive efficiencies.
- Field Engagement : Spend time on-site to understand the commuter experience and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strategic Recommendations : Develop and present actionable insights and program updates through reports and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Marketing & Engagement : Design and execute rider outreach initiatives, promotional materials, and engagement events to enhance utilization and satisfaction.
- Operational Collaboration : Partner with Operations to align service delivery, training, and performance excellence.
- Technology Utilization : Leverage transportation management software, rider apps, and dashboards to enhance program visibility and functionality.
- Safety Leadership : Uphold TransWest’s safety standards in all aspects of program management.
