Compensation: $21.15 per hour / 44k annual

The Employee Relations Specialist will assist with employee concerns, conflict resolution and supporting a healthy work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. This position will be responsible for data accuracy, reporting metrics and employee relations trends.
Responsibilities
- Conflict Resolution
- Help investigate employee complaints in a fair and impartial manner.
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution and implement solutions.
- Policy Compliance
- Ensure Compliance with TSI policies and procedures.
- Assist in development of employee relations policies.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Support and Counseling
- Provide support to employees regarding workplace issues and concerns.
- Training and Development
- Work with ER Manager to develop training programs on employee relations topics.
- Assist with training managers/supervisors.
- Data Reporting and Analysis
- Monitor and analyze employee relations metrics and report to ER Manager.
- Prepare reports on trending ER issues.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of cases, investigations and resolutions.
- Ensure proper documentation of disciplinary actions and performance management.

- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Manage time effectively to deliver on short timelines.
- Ability to remain impartial and objective in handling employee issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
