What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Cross Country Coach position at Transylvania County Schools?
Brevard High School is seeking a Head Cross Country Coach to lead a championship-caliber program that has won three state titles in the past four years. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced leader who can continue the program’s success while fostering growth and development for all athletes.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and overseeing all aspects of the cross country program
- Developing training plans to enhance athlete performance and endurance
- Promoting a culture of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Coordinating meets, practices, and travel logistics
- Supporting student-athletes academically and athletically
Compensation is based on the County Athletic Supplement Schedule.
