You'll work collaboratively with our management team to direct and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include assisting with admission and discharge processes, participating in quality assessment initiatives, and supporting employee engagement efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (effective 6/24/2021: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program within 5 years of hire date).
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
