Responsibilities
What you'll be challenged to do:
TranSystems is excited to announce we are actively searching for a CADD Technician to join our Site and Utilities Department.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Grade objects, alignments, profiles, pipe networks, volumes, cross-sections and typical sections using Civil 3D and modeling techniques.
- General plan preparation in accordance with WBCM policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit documents in accordance with review agency checklists and WBCM standards.
- Create details in accordance with construction documents.
- Address reviewers’ comments
- A strong work ethic and a desire to learn is required.
Qualifications
What you bring to our firm:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Formal CADD Training certificate or coursework.
- 0-5 years of experience.
- Intermediate user of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Work well in teams.
- Is punctual, flexible and able to work overtime as required to meet deadlines.
- Minimal lifting – 10-20 lbs.
- Must have valid Driver’s license and own transportation.
- Actively engages multiple perspectives when solving problems, seeks to learn from peers, and encourages reciprocal learning among team members.

- Associates Degree preferred.
