Responsibilities :

What you'll be challenged to do :

Assist Senior Inspector wit h inspection and documentation of work performed by construction contractors to verify conformance or non-conformance with related contract documents, plans and specifications. Responsible for performing technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout, making, and checking engineering computations, inspecting construction work, and conducting field tests in all phases of construction by assisting the Senior Inspectors.

General Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ability to : Communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)
• Responsible for : Receiving general supervision from and assisting the Senior Inspector in the performance of their duties.
• Inspect, document and verify work performed by the construction contractor for compliance or non-compliance with contract documents, plans and specifications.
• Work closely with the contractor to resolve any issues in the field or elevate issue to the Senior Inspectors.
• Measure and test work performed by the construction contractor for compliance or non-compliance with contract documents, plans and specifications.
• Utilize basic engineering survey practices to verify alignment and elevations.
• Documentation of construction materials received and verified.
