TranSystems is seeking an Architectural intern interested in learning career skills through assisting our experienced Architects and Designers in the design process and preparation of plan sets and studies for a wide range of project types.

Responsibilities
What you'll be challenged to do:
TranSystems is seeking an Architectural intern interested in learning career skills through assisting our experienced Architects and Designers in the design process and preparation of plan sets and studies for a wide range of project types.
Primary Responsibilities (others may be included):
- Participate in all project phases, from initial conceptual design to construction document production
- Support project team through completion of entry-level tasks
- Organize files/materials, conduct research and assist in preparation of studies and reports
- Assist with the preparation of construction drawings
- Prepare graphic presentations and 3-D renderings
What you bring to our firm:
- Currently enrolled in a program to pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or interior design
- Will have completed a minimum of one year of an undergraduate program before start of the internship
- Possess basic knowledge with use of Revit, AutoCAD and 3-D computer rendering programs
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Actively engages multiple perspectives when solving problems, seeks to learn from peers, and encourages reciprocal learning among team members.

The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee frequently is required to stand, walk, talk or hear, and drive a car. The employee is occasionally required climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 10-25 pounds. No experience required.
