Transystems, a family-owned company with 80 years of experience, is the nation’s largest hauler of sugarbeets. We’re seeking skilled Front-End Loader & Excavator Operators for our Drayton, ND tear-down season which has begun and will run into March, approximately. (Prefer experience in skidsteer operation as well)

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: front-end loader & excavator operator (prefer 2 years experience)
- Ability to maintain safety when on our outside sugarbeet piling grounds.
- Willingness to pitch in with a shovel and other tools when needed.
- Keeping the sugarbeet piling site clear of snow and debris.
- Commitment to keeping equipment clean and safe.
- Additional skidsteer experience preferred
- Good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators and loaders to perform various tasks on project sites.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to load efficiently.
- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist in the operation of additional equipment as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.50 - $29.25 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Excavator: 2 years (Preferred)
- Front End Loader: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
