Transystems, a family-owned company with 80 years of experience, is the nation’s largest hauler of sugarbeets. We’re seeking skilled Excavator Operators for our Hillsboro tear-down season which has begun and will run into March/April, approximately. (Prefer experience in running front-end loader and skidsteer operation as well)

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience excavator operator. (prefer 2 years experience)
- Ability to maintain safety when on our outside sugarbeet piling grounds.
- Willingness to pitch in with a shovel and other tools when needed.
- Keeping the sugarbeet piling site clear of snow and debris.
- Commitment to keeping equipment clean and safe.
- Additional front-end loader experience preferred.
- Good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and loaders to perform earth-moving tasks efficiently.
- Handle materials safely and effectively within the construction site.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate site operations and adhere to project timelines.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in shipping and receiving materials as needed, utilizing RF scanners and other warehouse management systems.

Pay: $27.50 - $29.25 per hour

- 12 hour shift

- Weekends as needed
Experience:
