About this Role:
This role involves partnering with customers to understand HR service requirements and coordinating various HR programs and activities under the direct supervision of HR management. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and company SOPs, maintaining HR information systems, assisting in employee lifecycle management, and supporting employee relations. The HR Generalist will also play a vital role in customer support, compensation and benefits coordination, administrative tasks, job architecture projects, and workforce planning and analytics.
Requirements:
The position requires skills in recruitment, labor laws, HRIS systems, employee relations, effective communication, and organizational skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, along with 3 years of experience in Human Resources, is required. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
