We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our Direct Mail marketing team. The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in optimizing and analyzing direct-to-consumer mail campaigns across multiple brands and product lines. This individual will be responsible for managing targeting data, analyzing performance, developing forecasting models, tracking and reporting, and identifying opportunities to optimize the effectiveness of mail campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, including response rates, geographic trends, and other key performance indicators
- Generate regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including audience segmentation, creative performance, and other factors to identifying areas for improvement
- Utilize statistical methods to segment data and optimize targeting strategies for future campaigns.
- Develop predictive models for performance based on targeting data include deciles, geographic tiers, and other performance variables.
- Manage and update weekly and monthly projections/forecasts based on current results and trendlines
- Assist in budget tracking and ensure campaigns are executed within budget parameters and correctly allocated
- Liaise with external agency vendors and data providers to analyze and validate performance data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, analytics, or similar quantitative role analyzing performance marketing data.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Clear communication and proven collaboration working across internal/external teams
- Ability to manage multiple projections and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with direct mail or offline marketing channels preferred but not required.
- Experience with lead generation and direct-to-consumer advertising preferred but not required.
