Role Description: TRANZACT is seeking to hire 5 exceptional Insurance Sales Agents to join our high-performing sales team. This full-time, hybrid role will be based in Tampa or Fort Myers, Florida, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. As a Medicare Supplement Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling Medicare Supplement insurance products, answering customer inquiries, providing stellar customer service, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of insurance offerings and industry regulations. Additionally, you will build lasting relationships with clients, hit sales targets, and participate in ongoing professional development programs to stay on top of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
· Selling Medicare Supplement insurance products to qualified consumers.
· Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare Supplement products, regulations, and industry changes.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
· Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
· Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
· Outstanding Communication & Customer Service Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
· Proven Experience in Sales & Insurance: A successful track record in sales and a strong background in the insurance industry.
· Strong Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of Medicare Supplement insurance products and the ability to quickly learn new information.
· Sales Performance: A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively engage with various stakeholders.
· Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
· Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using basic computer applications and CRM systems.
· Health Insurance License: Required to sell Medicare Supplement insurance.
