What You ll Be Doing
Architecting, deploying, and supporting highly available, scalable, and secure network infrastructure across site, global footprint.
Designing and troubleshooting IP routing topologies using BGP, OSPF, and VXLAN EVPN, with a strong emphasis on WAN and DC interconnects.
Deploying and maintaining Arista-based data center fabric and Linux-based network appliances (SONiC experience is a plus).
Working closely with cross-functional teams (SRE, systems, compute, storage, and cloud) to deliver robust and efficient infrastructure solutions.
Leading troubleshooting efforts for complex routing and peering scenarios across multiple data centers and edge locations.
Participating in on-call rotation and operational readiness efforts to ensure network performance and availability.
Documenting network design, procedures, and operational standards.
What We Need to See (Must-Have Skills) 4 years of experience in network engineering, preferably in large-scale data center or service provider environments.
Strong understanding of routing protocols: BGP (including peering strategies), OSPF, VXLAN EVPN overlays.
Experience with data center switching platforms, especially Arista.
Familiarity with Linux-based networking environments.
Demonstrated expertise in IP routing troubleshooting and complex network path analysis.
WAN architecture and design experience, including peering, BGP route control, and interconnect capacity planning.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points for)
Experience with network automation tools and workflows (e.g., Ansible, Jinja, Python, Go).
Knowledge of firewall technologies, security groups, and access policies.
Exposure to Wi-Fi infrastructure and wireless network design.
Familiarity with Segment Routing (SR-MPLS, SRv6).
Hands-on experience with SONiC or other open networking OSs.
