Telematics Software Engineer
Seeking a Telematics Software Engineer to develop complex software for Telematics Control Units (TCUs), focusing on connectivity, OTA updates, cloud communication, and diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate TCU software in a multi-core processor environment.
- Optimize software through design/code reviews and validation testing.
- Work with Cloud, Powertrain, and Data Science teams for seamless integration.
- Collaborate with System Engineering on feature requirements and design reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve vehicle telematics software issues.
Required Qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience working with the Linux operating system.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in C programming.
- At least 5 years of experience in TCP/IP network programming.
- 5 years experience in C/C , Linux, TCP/UDP, MQTT.
- Strong knowledge of IPC (Sockets, Message Queues, Shared Memory).
- Experience with scripting and automation tools.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
