Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize extensive knowledge of design principles to generate innovative solutions
- Participate in design reviews to ensure alignment with specifications
- Develop and test systems to evaluate performance and reliability
- Analyze data to determine root causes of issues and implement engineering solutions
- Collaborate with senior engineering staff and management to develop manufacturing processes
- Contribute to the development of new components, products, or processes, and identify technical challenges
- Maintain thorough technical and theoretical understanding of various techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong mechanical problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with electro-mechanical and small-scale fluidic/pneumatic systems
- Root-Cause Analysis and troubleshooting skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-direction, ability to own tasks, and work autonomously to complete assigned investigative tasks
- Cross-functional team experience, experience solving technical problems of a multi-disciplinary nature
- Excellent design skills, ability to develop simple solutions with minimum impact to existing design
